MUI hello

examples/mui-hello is the focused example for the safe aros-mui surface. It creates and owns a MUI application and window, reacts to the close gadget and finishes when MUI returns its close request.

The captured application is a native ABI-v11 QEMU run. The same source is supported for ABI-v1. This example demonstrates a small, safe subset; it does not claim that every MUI class has a safe wrapper yet.
